Um dia, um pequeno pássaro voava sobre o oceano. Ele era livre, leve e feliz.
Na água, uma grande baleia nadava devagar. Ela era forte, profunda e calma.
O pássaro e a baleia se encontraram e viraram amigos. Eles conversavam todos os dias. O pássaro cantava músicas do céu, e a baleia contava histórias do mar.
Mas logo a baleia disse:
— “Fique comigo no oceano.”
O pássaro respondeu:
— “Eu não posso. Preciso do ar e do céu.”
Então o pássaro disse:
— “Venha comigo para o céu.”
E a baleia respondeu:
— “Eu não posso. Preciso da água e do mar.”
Os dois ficaram tristes, porque se amavam, mas viviam em mundos diferentes.
O pássaro voou para longe, e a baleia ficou no mar.
Moral da história: não podemos mudar quem somos, mas podemos respeitar e amar o outro do jeito que ele é.

One day, a little bird flew over the ocean. He was free, light, and happy.
In the water, a big whale swam slowly. She was strong, deep, and calm.
The bird and the whale met and became friends. They talked every day. The bird sang songs from the sky, and the whale told stories from the sea.
But soon, the whale said:
“Stay with me in the ocean.”
The bird answered:
“I cannot. I need the air and the sky.”
Then the bird said:
“Come with me to the sky.”
The whale answered:
“I cannot. I need the water and the sea.”
They were sad, because they loved each other, but they lived in different worlds.
The bird flew away, and the whale stayed in the sea.
Moral of the story: We cannot change who we are, but we can respect and love eachother as we are.
